With our Design/Build services, we have helped hundreds of families create a home they can love and we would welcome the opportunity to do the same for your family.   Although the majority of our projects include design, we will gladly build from your plans as well. 

At our initial consultation, we will:

*    Outline our policies and systems to give you a better understanding of our company.

*    Have an open and clear dialogue regarding costs and your investment and budgetary tolerances. 

*    Give you the opportunity to ask any questions and address any concerns.

Transparency throughout offers you the confidence that you will always know what is happening on your project through rigorous and ongoing communication.

All Key Structures projects are “turn-key” meaning when you move in your home is complete. We achieve this through our fixed price approach which has been the hallmark of our business model helping to ensure that we deliver what we promise, in writing.

Once we have a clear concept of the type of design best suited to fit your space and budget, we enter into the Design Phase. (see process here) 

We now offer our qualified clients financing for their renovations up to $500,000.00. This financing has been very helpful for our homeowners.
