Chris Sewell started his career in 1975 building high-end luxury custom homes throughout Laguna Hills and Newport Beach in Orange Co., CA. In 1979, he formed his own contracting company and quickly gained invaluable experience in every facet of the industry, from commercial to high-rise apartment construction, by building over 300 units in Long Beach, CA.
In 1987, Chris shifted focus to the skills that set him apart from the competition: custom and remodeled homes. Chris' keen understanding of and commitment to quality craftsmanship are key characteristics of his work ethic. His experience and attention to detail ensures projects run optimally and customers are more than satisfied with the final result.
Chris and his wife Linda moved to Chesapeake, VA in 1992. After 43 years of marriage, two daughters and three grandchildren, they still approach each new project with the same enthusiasm and passion as they did in 1975.
