Design/Build 1850 Classic Farmhouse Renovation
This is an 1850 Classic Farmhouse that sits on 10 acres of pristine horse property. It houses a 22 stall stable and outside arena. We are so graciously humbled by the homeowner's request to help her update this historical piece of property. It's our pleasure!!
We have successfully completed Phase I of this project and are wrapping up with Phase II. Client has requested a Phase III which will include an indepth redesign of her favorite room in the home - the bar room which sits just off the kitchen and has beautiful new Anderson sliding doors that lead to the pool which is currently getting a complete facelift. In addtion, we will be updating some of the exteriors brick work and installing new lighting fixtures to complement the anticipated landscape around the grand front porch.
There are too many changes that have taken place to be able to adequately describe with the current progress photos however, we will do just that very soon with the final images for you to see.
So much has taken place over the last 2 years it's really incredible. Happening this week and next will be the installation of beautiful marble and soapstone on countertops and fireplaces as well as the amazing brass and polished nickel WATERWORKS plumbing fixtures in the three bathrooms we have completely renovated. The final touches are always our favorite phase of our projects as our vision comes to life!
