This darling beach bungalow received a whole house facelift for the sweetest family.  We gutted their kitchen, enlarged it and transformed it as well as their master bathroom.  We refinished all their hardwood floors, put in some new doors, trim and paint.  A great refresh for a wonderful family we loved working for.  Our clients requested we update their main bathroom that didn't get renovated during the first remodel.  Our client wanted an Art Deco vibe and selected 2 colors of Zellige tile which were carried on the bathroom walls as well as in the shower.  It turned out fabulous!

Design/Build Alanton Whole House Renovation - Over $1.5 Million

In the heart of the oceanfront resort town of Virginia Beach, VA sat this circa 1960, 2916 sq. ft. 4 bed 2 bath single car garage home.  Although it had been well maintained, it remained 100% original.  The floor plan was choppy and didn’t flow. The upstairs contained 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 7’ ceilings.We redesigned the entire floor plan and added 2,316 sq. ft. of living space. The finish project is a newly updated 5 bedroom 5 bath 5,231 sq. ft. modernized home with a generous oversized two car garage on 1 acre.  The current functional elements and pleasing aesthetic is sure to impress the active and entertaining families of today.

Design/ Build 1920 Colonial Revival Whole House Transformation Over $500K

This 1920's Colonial Revival's whole house transformation project is now complete and took a total of 21 months from the first phone call our clients made to us, into design/estimating phase and through the construction phase.  We discuss often on social media and on our website, the work we perform is arduous requiring incredible dedication and patience by all involved.  And we have never had clients feel that it wasn't worth it!
